On July 24th, Amici's donated 100% of that day's sales to the Bay Area based Breast Cancer Fund. This event was promoted by radio station 107.7 "The Bone" which broadcast live from from the restaurant throughout the day.

BONE personalities Lamont & Tonelli, "Super-producer Sully," and Steven Seaweed all took turns manning the microphones at Amici's new location at 225 W. Santa Clara Street.

Julie Homan of the Breast Cancer Fund described the donation as "a wonderful contribution in the fight against an illness that affects so many lives."
